Good News! They work and they work well. They require nothing but your time in the beginning. To find some of the best traffic exchanges, go here.

They need to be used consistantly and you need to target your market. TE's work best if you use lead capture pages that cater to the exchanges. They are not for selling your product or your program. They are purely for traffic generation purposes only.

You need to use a good tracking program for your traffic exchanges to track the results. You need to know which exchanges are pulling in the best results for you. Keep working the TE's that are working best for you and dump the others.
